PPAP提交的材质证明可以是原材料材质报告吗？

小弟最近在学习PPAP，提交的资料里面有一项是材质证明，请问可以提供原材料的材质证明吗？这样供应商问他的供应商要一下报告就可以了，还是有要求必须提供零部件的材质报告，就是做成零部件之后再去检测成分？
