各位大佬，研发不上报问题，尤其是开发自己发现的问题，他自己解决了就不上报到问题表上去，对于这种有什么好的办法吗？现在就是测试问题可以发现，开发过程中的问题他自己不说你就发现不了，或者只知道跟进的一部分，不能全部暴露出来
